Website ROI: is your site actually paying for itself?
A good website should earn more than it costs — in leads, bookings, and sales. If you're not sure whether yours does, a little tracking tells you a lot.
Measure what matters
- How many leads or sales come through the site.
- Where those visitors come from (search, referral, social).
- The cost of the site versus the value of what it brings in.
If it's not paying off
A site that generates nothing usually has a fixable problem: it's slow, unclear, hard to act on, or invisible in search. Often a focused rebuild turns a cost centre into a reliable source of customers.
