Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our plans are simple and month-to-month. This page explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance through a third-party payment processor.
  • There is no long-term contract and no setup fee.
  • Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@ilaunchyoursite.com before your next billing date.
  • Your plan stays active through the end of the current paid month; you won't be billed again after that.

Refunds

  • Because plans are billed month-to-month, we generally do not refund the current month once it has started.
  • If something has gone wrong on our side, contact us — we'll always try to make it right.

What happens to your site

On a completed engagement, your website, content, and domain are yours. If you cancel, we'll work with you to hand over or transfer what you own. Managed hosting and ongoing updates end when your plan ends.
