Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Draft. These terms are a good-faith starting point that reflects our stated model (flat monthly, no long-term contract, you own your site). Please have them reviewed by qualified counsel — and confirm the billing, governing-law, and entity details — before you rely on them.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the I Launch Your Site website and the services we provide. By engaging our services you agree to these Terms and to the plan, price, and scope described at the time of purchase.

Our services

We design, build, host, and maintain websites for a flat monthly fee. The specific deliverables and scope for your plan are described on our pricing page and confirmed with you before work begins.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and the content we need to build your site.
  • Ensure you have the rights to any text, images, or logos you give us.
  • Use the services lawfully and not for prohibited or infringing content.

Fees, billing & cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance through a third-party payment processor. There is no long-term contract — you can cancel at any time. Cancellation and any refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Ownership

You own your content, and on a completed engagement you own your website and domain — we hand everything over. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates, and know-how used to build it.

Third-party services

Your site may rely on third-party providers (hosting, email, analytics, payments). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada (please confirm your operating jurisdiction with counsel).

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do. Questions? Email hello@ilaunchyoursite.com or call +1 (780) 394-2451.
