What we need from you
The build moves at the speed of your content, so this is the part that decides your timeline. Nothing here has to be polished — we write and tidy as we go.
- Your logo and brand files if you have them. If you don't, a custom logo is included with every plan.
- Photos of your work, team, or premises. If you have none, we source stock imagery.
- The list of services you sell and what you want visitors to do — call, book, buy, or send a form.
- Two or three sites you like, so we can calibrate to your taste rather than guess.
- Whoever will approve the drafts. One decision-maker keeps a build to two weeks; a committee does not.
What's included, and what gets scoped separately
Design, build, copywriting, stock imagery, hosting, SSL, security, and ongoing content changes are all inside the monthly fee. Two things are not, and it is better to know now.
- Content updates are ten a month on Starter and unlimited on Professional and Business. Everyday edits — text, photos, hours, prices, staff, services — all count as updates.
- New functionality is scoped separately: a booking system, a members area, a custom integration, or anything that needs software built rather than a page changed.
- Basic e-commerce is included on Starter; a fully customised store is a Business-plan build.
- Third-party tools you choose to add — a premium CRM, a paid booking platform — are billed by whoever provides them, not by us.
Ownership and handover
You own the result. The site, the domain, and the content are yours during the plan and after it, which is the opposite of how most monthly website offers work.
- The domain is registered to you, on your account. We never hold it.
- Plans are month-to-month. No setup fee, no minimum term, no cancellation fee.
- Cancel from your billing page and it takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
- If you leave, we hand everything over. There is no export fee for your own content.

Instead of a large upfront invoice, you pay one flat monthly fee: $249 per month on Starter or $449 on Professional (USD), with custom design, build, hosting, SSL, security, and content updates included. There is no setup fee, and it is month-to-month.
It is easier on cash flow, because nothing large is due before the site is proven. It is not always the lowest total cost: over several years on a site you never change, paying once is usually cheaper, and we say so openly. What the subscription buys is no big upfront bill, upkeep that is handled for you, and the freedom to cancel.
