What to include on your contact page (and what to cut)

The contact page is often the last step before someone becomes a customer — and it's frequently the most neglected. A few essentials make it effortless to reach you.

The essentials

  • A short form asking only for what you need.
  • Click-to-call phone and a clear email.
  • Your hours and service area (or address, if you have one).
  • What to expect next ('we reply within one business day').

What to cut

Long forms, required fields you don't need, and anything that adds friction. Every extra step loses a few more people. Give visitors options (call, text, email, form) and let them choose.
