How to write a case study that wins clients
A case study shows — not just tells — that you can deliver. Done well, it's one of the most persuasive things on your site, because prospects see themselves in the client's story.
A simple structure
- The client and their situation (so readers relate).
- The challenge they faced.
- What you did about it.
- The result — honest and specific.
Keep it honest and concrete
Real details and genuine outcomes are what persuade. Don't inflate results — specific, believable stories build trust, while exaggerated ones destroy it. If you can add a real quote from the client, even better.
